Base Pay is $12/Hour while we train you, and $14/Hour after 90 days and a successful review. There is also an opportunity to earn additional income by signing up guests for monthly subscription plans. Tremendous opportunity for advancement to positions with additional authority and compensation within the company in Nevada and Arizona. Career Path to team lead, Assistant Manager, and Site Manager who can earn $60,000+ with salary and monthly bonus program.

General duties and average percentages:
- 50% Guest Service
- 30% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)
- 10% Bending/Stooping/Twisting/Lifting
- 5% Opening/Closing Procedures
- 5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties
- On Feet Most/All of Shifts
- Multi-tasking Regularly
- Working Mostly Outdoors
- Being Aware and Attentive
